Alexandra is responsible for the strategic direction of SAP’s CSR, which contributes towards its purpose of “helping the world run better and improving people’s lives” through strategic partnerships and programmes that deliver sustainable social impact and long-term business value. She also oversees corporate giving, volunteerism and the development of multi-stakeholder partnerships. Alexandra started with SAP Switzerland in 1999 in charge of management development. Since then, she has held various managerial positions in HR before moving into CSR in 2010. Alexandra has developed and managed various global CSR programmes, such as building an infrastructure for social business in Haiti and developing a range of pro bono volunteering programmes e. g. SAP Social Sabbatical. She serves on IMPACT 2030’s advisory council and is part of the Leadership Council of the Realized Worth Institute.
