Dulma Clark

Soul of Africa

Dulma is a Director at Soul of Africa, a social enterprise providing employment and income generation in Ethiopia through shoemaking, local sustainable supply chains and supporting community projects. She has successfully set up an ethical footwear manufacturing facility in Addis Ababa in partnership with largest leather producer in Ethiopia, Pittards, and London-based innovative shoemaking company, Vivobarefoot. Over the past two years Dulma launched product design collaborations with the Kara people of Ethiopia, Somali nomadic supermodel Waris Dirie and designing a range with re-known American artist Jean-Michele Basquiat. Dulma also manages indigenous footwear and 3D printing projects with Vivobarefoot and Future Footwear foundation. Dulma is also an LSE graduate in Human Rights and has been an Executive member of the JA Clark Charitable Trust since 2013.
