Helianti is a serial entrepreneur who focuses on developing impact-driven businesses. In 2008, she founded JAVARA, a value-driven sustainable food company that turns forgotten food biodiversity of Indonesian archipelago into organic artisanal gourmet food products with market relevance. In 2017, she founded Sekolah Seniman Pangan (School of Food Artisans) a chain of action-based rural entrepreneurship school and business support services dedicated for smallholder farmers, foragers and fishers. Helianti was awarded EY 2013 Indonesia’s Social Entrepreneur of the Year and Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur in 2015. She also graduated Cum Laude from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, majoring in International Law; obtained Master of Laws at King’s College, University London; and joined executive leadership programme at Harvard Kennedy School and Monash University.
