Maeve is the Strategic Policy Advisor at Social Enterprise World Forum, currently leading SEWF’s global mapping and other policy initiatives. Prior to SEWF, she worked as a researcher for international NGOs and U.S. based nonprofits, where she formulated and launched new strategic plans and helped scale development programmes. A graduate of the University of Virginia in the United States, Maeve holds a Master of Public Policy and a BA in Global Development Studies and Government. Her research focused on inclusive economic growth, specifically maximising participatory development strategies and increasing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. In November, Maeve will begin a Ph.D. programme at Glasgow Caledonian University studying social enterprise and the efficacy of policy co-production.
